1. Who controls your information
The data controller is Jan Valenta, IČO 17666180. Full details are available under Provider information. For privacy requests, email ttvalenta@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- Application and contact data: name, email, phone or WhatsApp details, preferred contact method, playing level, goals, training availability, budget fit and optional footage link.
- Junior-player data: the player’s first name and the parent or guardian’s name and contact details.
- Coaching data: plans, priorities, notes, messages, video links and analyses, call requests, time zone, meeting links and coaching history.
- Account and billing data: login email, account role, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status and transaction records. Stripe—not Jan’s site—handles full card details.
- Technical and security data: basic request, authentication and error information needed to operate and protect the site.
- Optional health information: injury, pain, disability or other health information you choose to share so coaching can be adapted. Please do not upload medical records.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis

You may withdraw consent for future use of optional health information at any time. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing invalid. If Jan cannot safely adapt the coaching without information you withdraw, he will discuss whether the service can continue.
4. Where information comes from
Most information comes directly from you through the application form, private portal, calls, email, WhatsApp or footage links. Stripe supplies billing and subscription status. A parent or guardian may supply information about a junior player.
5. Who receives information
Information is shared only as necessary with service providers supporting the coaching and website, including:
- website, database, security and authentication infrastructure;
- Stripe for checkout, subscription management and payment records;
- Google services when Calendar or Meet is used;
- WhatsApp if you select it as your contact method; and
- YouTube, Google Drive, Dropbox or another platform when you provide a link hosted there.
Providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices where they act independently. Jan does not sell personal information or give it to advertisers.
6. International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside the Czech Republic or European Economic Area. Where EU data-protection law requires it, the provider and/or Jan relies on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.
7. How long information is kept
- Unsuccessful or incomplete applications: normally up to 12 months, unless needed longer to handle a request or legal issue.
- Account and coaching records: during the relationship and normally up to 3 years afterward for continuity, complaints and legal claims.
- Billing, invoice and tax records: for the period required by Czech law, which may be up to 10 years.
- Optional health information: only while needed for the coaching purpose, valid consent or legal claims, and removed earlier where reasonably possible after consent is withdrawn.
Information may be kept longer when a law, dispute, fraud-prevention need or legal claim requires it. It is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
8. Junior players
A parent or legal guardian must apply and contract for a player under 18. We aim to collect only the junior player information reasonably needed for coaching. Parents or guardians may exercise applicable privacy rights on the child’s behalf.
9. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection; withdraw consent; and complain to a supervisory authority. These rights are not absolute—for example, Jan may need to retain invoices or information necessary for a legal claim.
Send a request to ttvalenta@gmail.com. Jan may need to verify your identity before acting. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection at uoou.gov.cz, or to the authority in the EU/EEA country where you live or work.
10. Cookies, embedded content and automated decisions
The site uses essential storage or cookies required for login, security and core operation. Jan does not currently use advertising cookies. Third-party content may be loaded when you choose to play an embedded video or open a linked service; that provider may then collect information under its own privacy notice.
Applications are reviewed by people. Jan does not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
11. Security and updates
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to limit access, protect private coaching spaces and secure payment handling. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so contact Jan promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
This notice may be updated when the service, providers or law changes. Material changes will be communicated where required, and the current date will always appear at the top of this page.
