DOES THIS FEEL FAMILIAR?

You're willing to do the work.
The hard part is knowing what work actually matters.

For players who genuinely care about improving, the problem usually isn't effort. It's trying to make every important decision without a clear outside perspective.

01

You train consistently, but you're not sure which part of your game is really holding you back.

02

You watch coaching videos, but nobody tells you what actually applies to you.

03

Something feels good in practice—and disappears the second a match gets tight.

04

You want to improve, but you're mostly trying to figure the entire process out alone.

You probably don't need more information. You need better direction.

HOW REMOTE COACHING REALLY WORKS

Jan doesn't need to stand next to your table to see what's costing you points.

Your actual matches contain the answers. The difference is having someone experienced enough to notice what matters—and turn it into a plan you can use.

01

Send your match

Share footage from a real match or training session—even a simple phone recording works.

02

See what Jan sees

Jan breaks down the decisions and recurring patterns underneath the points you lose.

03

Know your priorities

Leave with a clear focus: what to train, why it matters, and how it connects to your game.

04

Train, review, repeat

Apply the plan, bring back new footage, and adjust together as your game evolves.

AN EXAMPLE OF HOW THE ANALYSIS THINKS

The missed shot is not always the actual problem.

The missed backhand is visible. The pattern that caused it usually isn't.
WHAT YOU NOTICE

A missed backhand under pressure.

WHAT JAN INVESTIGATES

Your positioning, the previous ball, your opponent's options, and the pattern that created the situation.

WHAT CHANGES NEXT

One clear training priority that fits your game.

PERSONALISED COACHING LOOP

A feedback loop built around your game.

A generic programme has to decide what thousands of players should work on. This one only needs to decide what you should work on.

01

Analyze

Start with the real player.

Jan studies your footage, patterns, decisions, strengths and the moments that actually decide points.

02

Prioritize

Train smarter, not simply harder.

More work is not automatically better work. You get the few changes most relevant to your game, your goals, and your body.

03

Build

Sharpen your weapons.

Turn your natural strengths into reliable patterns while protecting the weaknesses opponents can exploit.

04

Review

Watch what changes.

Bring your practice and matches back into the conversation. See what transfers and what still breaks down.

05

Adapt

Keep moving forward.

Your priorities evolve as you improve. The plan follows the player—not the other way around.

YOUR COACH, NOT A FACE ON A COURSE

Meet Jan.

Jan's route to the Czech national team was anything but straightforward. Serious health problems interrupted years of his development and forced him to rebuild his career around the player he actually was.

He returned to win a Czech national title, represent his country at the World Championships, and compete for an Olympic place at home in Havířov. His international results include a 3–0 victory over Portugal's João Geraldo, who later reached world No. 31.

That experience shaped how he coaches: understand the player first. Amplify the strengths that make them dangerous. Manage the weaknesses that get in the way.

JAN'S PHILOSOPHYYour strengths are your sword.
Your weaknesses become your shield.

THE COACHING RELATIONSHIP

You're not paying for one call.
You're getting someone in your corner.

01

Calls when they are genuinely useful

Set a regular rhythm with Jan, then increase or reduce it when competition, implementation, or a new problem makes that the right move.

02

Analysis at the right cadence

Jan studies new footage when it can reveal something useful—not merely to fill a quota, and not so often that you never have time to adapt.

03

Preparation for priority opponents

Submit footage or links for agreed priority opponents. Jan builds a strategy when it can genuinely influence the way you enter the match.

04

A plan built around your identity

A living roadmap for your weapons, vulnerabilities, weekly actions, and the reasoning behind every priority.

05

Support between sessions

Ask questions on working days. Jan normally replies within one business day, so important decisions do not sit unresolved between calls.

06

Your private coaching workspace

Feedback, goals, analysis, calls, opponent plans, and progress live together in one personal member experience.

THE RIGHT FIT MATTERS

This is for players who actually want to do the work.

Whether you're an ambitious competitor, a serious adult improver, or a committed junior with a parent involved—the question isn't how good you are now. It's whether you're ready to engage with the process.

You care about improving and have opportunities to practice.
You want honest, individual feedback—not another video library.
You're willing to test ideas and bring back real match footage.
You expect guaranteed wins or a magic shortcut.

You know the channel.
Now meet your coach.

The person behind the YouTube channel also builds the experience around your coaching: your onboarding, your private workspace, and everything that keeps the process running smoothly.

Jan is the competitive player who works with you personally: studying your footage, leading your calls, and helping you find the direction your game has been missing.

Same team behind the channel. Jan personally in your corner.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Questions worth asking.

No pressure. No inflated promises. Just honest answers about what working together actually looks like.

Online coaching does not replace every benefit of having a great coach standing beside your table. What it does exceptionally well is give Jan time to study your real match footage, identify patterns, explain what he sees, give you clear priorities, and adjust your plan as your game develops. You still need regular opportunities to practice and play.

START WITH AN ACTUAL CONVERSATION

You don't have to figure out your game alone.

Tell Jan where your game is, what's frustrating you, and where you want to go. If the coaching isn't right for you, he'll tell you.
